อัตราค่าบริการเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต 3G ในประเทศไทย แบบรายเดือน Prepaid หรือ เติมเงิน
เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเชิงเปรียบเทียบ แบบตารางข้อมูล กับผู้สนใจใช้บริการทั่วไป ทั้งไทยและต่างชาติ

คำแนะนำในการเลือกใช้งาน มีข้อสังเกตที่น่าสนใจคือ ในราคาที่แตกต่างกันไม่มาก รวมทั้งขนาดของ Data หรือ จำนวนของข้อมูลในการใช้งาน ก็ไม่ต่างกันมากเช่นกัน แต่สิ่งที่ทุกค่ายมีเหมือนกันคือ หลังจากที่เราเล่นเน็ตเต็ม Speed หรือความเร็วสูงสุดของแต่ละค่ายจนครบตามจำนวนของ Data ที่กำหนดให้แล้ว ทุกค่ายก็จะมีนโยบายเดียวกันคือ ปรับลดความเร็ว หรือ Speed ในการใช้งานลงตามอัตราความเร็วที่กำหนด

ซึ่งดูแล้ว Data ที่กำหนดให้จำนวน 1GB เนี่ย ไม่ได้มากมายอะไรครับ ถ้าเราดาวโหลดหนังหรือเพลง หรือคลิปวีดีโอจากอินเตอร์เน็ต ที่มีปริมาณข้อมูลมากๆ หน่อย ไม่เกิน 3-5 วัน ก็หมดแล้วครับ ยกเว้นถ้าจะไม่โหลดอะไรมาก ใช้ประมาณ ค้นหาข้อมูล Google อ่านอีเมล ติดตามข่าวสาร บ้านเมืองทั่วไป ก็อาจจะอยู่ได้ นานหน่อย เป็นสัปดาห์หรือ หลายสัปดาห์ ก็ว่าไป

ในมุมมองส่วนตัวผมมองว่าเป็นกลยุทธและนโยบายทางการตลาดที่แยบยลและดูว่าจะเป็นกับดักให้มือใหม่ หรือผู้ที่ไม่เข้าใจกติกาหรือกฎที่บรรดาค่ายมือถือต่างๆ เหล่านี้เขียนกันออกมามากนัก ผมเองเคยได้ยินบ่อยๆ ว่า ตอนแรก ซื้อเครื่องมาใหม่ๆ ได้โปรเน็ต 3G,4G แถมมา โครตแรงเลย เปิดปูดป้าย โหลดเร็วทันใจ แต่ใช้ไปใช้มา ช้าเหมือนเต่าเลย ไม่เหมือนเดิม ซะงั้นคิดว่า เครื่องมีปัญหา หรือ การ์ดเต็มไปอีก ก็มี


เอาจริงๆ จะมีผู้ใช้งานสักกี่คน ที่จะตั้งใจหรือควบคุมปริมาณการใช้งานของตนเองว่า จะใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ต วันนี้ เดือนนี้ จำนวน เท่ากับ ...MB หรือ รวมแล้ว ไม่เกิน 1 GB ในเดือนนี้ บ้าไปแล้ว ผมคนหนึ่งละที่ไม่เห็นด้วยกับแนวคิดนี้ ดูมันจำกัด เกินไป และเชื่อว่าทุกคนก็ต้องการเร็ว แรง และ Unlimited ด้วยกันทั้งนั้นครับ

แต่เอางัยละ ในเมื่อของจริงมันไม่ใช่แบบนั้น เพราะเท่าที่ผมดูมา ราคาเกิน 1200 บาท ต่อเดือน Data ที่ให้ใช้งานได้ก็จำกัดที่ 5GB เท่านั้น ถ้า ภายใน 1 เดือน ใช้เกิน 5GB ก็กติกาเดิม คือลดความเร็วการใช้งานลง เช่นกัน

ด้วยเหตุผลดังกล่าวที่ยกมาประกอบ ในส่วนตัวของผม ค่ายที่ลดความเร็วหลังใช้งาน Data Plan ของเขาหมดแล้วก็คือ My Net ของ CAT ที่อัตราความเร็ว 384 Mbps ซึ่งส่วนตัวผมมองว่าเร็วเพียงพอในการใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ตทั่วไป และการสื่อสารผ่าน Social Media เช่น Line ,Facebook เป็นต้น ง่ายๆ ก็เร็วกว่าค่ายอื่นๆ ในตารางนะครับ




ส่วนค่ายอื่นๆ ผมมองว่าโหดกับลูกค้าไปนิดหนึ่ง โดยเฉพาะที่ปัจจุบันเขาใช้งาน High Speed Internet กันเต็มบ้านเต็มเมืองไปหมดแล้ว แบบว่าลดเหลือ ไม่ถึง 100 Kb ต่อ วินาที ไม่รู้เอาตรรกะไหนคิด ผมว่า เอาเปรียบลูกค้าไปหน่อย เต่าจะเรียกพี่เลยนะนั้น ขึ้เหนียวไปหน่อยนะครับ อิอิ

อย่างไรก็ตาม ในส่วนของค่าย AIS มี Option ให้ผู้ใช้งาน ใช้งาน AIS Free WI-FI ได้ ไม่จำกัด แต่ก็นั้นแหละ โอกาสที่คุณจะอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่หรือรัศมีของบริการ WI-FI ของเขา ก็ใช่ว่าจะคลอบคลุมทุกจุด ฟังดูดี แต่เอาจริงๆ ก็ ไม่ได้ผลทางปฏิบัติ
