ปกติโปรแกรมตารางคำนวณจะถูกใช้งานกับ ตัวเลข หรือข้อความสั้นๆ short text and integer for instance however when you want to keep the longer text in cell
let's see what you can do
ถ้าต้องการพิมพ์ข้อความยาวๆ หลายๆ บรรทัด คล้าย โปรแกรม word จะสามารถทำได้ ผ่าน ตัวช่วยในคำสั่ง รูปแบบเซลล์
ขั้นตอนแรก ให้คลิกเม้าส์ขวา ที่ช่องตารางที่ต้องการ
เลือกคำสั่ง รูปแบบเซลล์
ไปที่แท็บการจัดเรียง
เลือก wrap text หรือ การตัดข้อความ
คลิก ตกลง
ที่นี้ทุกครั้งที่พิมพ์อะไรยาวๆ ลงไป เซล์ก็จะตัดข้อความเป็นแถว คล้ายๆ ms word
Format cell command and help you with the long text
right click on the cell
click on format cell
go to tab alignment
then tick mark on the Wrap text
that is
now whenever you tepe the long text into this cell it will auto wrap the text in row similar to Ms word though
but dont get me wrong on the point this is not a common practical on Excel so It'd better to do the long text in Ms word.
